We are still building. When should the lighting go in?
Sooner is easier. If your home is still in progress, the cleanest time to install is once the fascia and paint are done but before the landscaping goes in, so we are not working around new plantings and rock. Tell us your timeline at the quote and we will slot it in.
Do you work with short-term rentals?
Yes, and Sienna Hills owners ask about this a lot. Because everything runs through the app, you can change the scene, set a schedule, or shut it off from anywhere. You never have to drive over to swap a holiday.
Will it survive a Southern Utah summer?
Yes. Triple-digit heat plus UV is what fades cheap material, which is why we roll-form our own track from factory-painted aluminum at our family's shop in Idaho. It does not fade, and the install is backed by a 5-year warranty.
How long does installation take?
